I’ve been part of the fitness industry since 2009. Becoming an aerobics instructor felt like a natural step after graduating from dance college and realising that a career as a professional contemporary dancer wasn’t for me. However, my passion for all things dance and movement never faded – pair that with a great soundtrack, and I’m in my element!

I’ve been part of the fitness industry since 2009. Becoming an aerobics instructor felt like a natural step after graduating from dance college and realising that a career as a professional contemporary dancer wasn’t for me. However, my passion for all things dance and movement never faded – pair that with a great soundtrack, and I’m in my element!
What I love most about fitness and physical activity is the undeniable feel-good factor they bring. While people participate for many different reasons, the common thread is this: everyone leaves feeling better, no matter the type of activity.
I’m lucky to have the opportunity to help others discover new ways to connect with fitness, achieve their health and wellbeing goals, and even form new friendships along the way. My motivation lies in guiding individuals to transform their lives through exercise. With a background in Exercise Referral, Pilates, and Corrective Exercise, I bring the knowledge, experience, and dedication to support you on your fitness journey.
Whether you choose to attend in Group Pilates class or Pilates PT, I believe that everyone knows what they want, by knowing what they don’t want. I can help you recognise and pair down your health and wellbeing goals through initial conversation to discover what you want.
My workouts are tailored to individual needs and goals, ensuring a well-rounded fitness program that’s both fun, enjoyable and effective
